Exercise: Six Shoes

This is an evolution of Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats, where each person in a meeting takes on a specific perspective to really challenge an idea or decision: The White Hat wants facts, The Black Hat sees risks, The Yellow Hat’s optimistic, etc.

What you need to do is step into six different shoes of six different people and evaluate yourself. What would each say that you do really well.

Forget what they’d say about your weaknesses.
