Exercise: Best of Times, Worst of Times

This exercise is about pushing you to think in extremes. Our corporate lives are often a classic bell curve with the routine stuff filling >90% of the time.

The remainder goes horrendously wrong (and you fix it) or it’s utterly amazing (because of you).

This is what we become famous for. The routine stuff won’t help much here because it doesn’t differentiate you outside – or inside for that matter.

It’s the stuff that helps you shine that we’re interested in.
